Cette d\u00e9cision confirme l&rsquo;ordonnance de \u00ab\u00a0non-lieu\u00a0\u00bb prononc\u00e9e par le juge d&rsquo;instruction, concernant les faits de \u00ab\u00a0meurtre aggrav\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de Babacar Gueye, le 3 d\u00e9cembre 2015 \u00e0 Rennes, par un policier.<br><br>Ce 10 juin 2025, Awa Gueye, la s\u0153ur de Babacar Gueye, assassin\u00e9 par la police la nuit du 2 au 3 d\u00e9cembre 2015, au quartier Maurepas \u00e0 Rennes, a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un pourvoi en cassation, suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision confirmant le \u00ab\u00a0non-lieu\u00a0\u00bb rendue par la chambre de l&rsquo;instruction de la Cour d&rsquo;Appel de Rennes le 6 juin dernier.<br><br>En effet, le 4 f\u00e9vrier 2025, Awa Gueye accompagn\u00e9e de Me Lucie Simon, s&rsquo;\u00e9tait rendue \u00e0 l&rsquo;audience dans cette m\u00eame cour pour interjeter appel \u00e0 l\u2019ordonnance de \u00ab\u00a0non-lieu\u00a0\u00bb rendue par le juge d&rsquo;instruction le 23 mai 2023.<br><br>Lors de cette audience Awa Gueye par la voix de son avocate, avait fait valoir des arguments qui n&rsquo;ont malheureusement pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus dans la d\u00e9cision rendue le vendredi 6 juin 2025.<br><br>Awa Gueye reste d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 faire valoir son droit \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et la justice, pour la m\u00e9moire de son fr\u00e8re, comme pour celle de toutes les personnes victimes des brutalit\u00e9s et des crimes des agents des forces de l&rsquo;ordre.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Le 16 juin 2025<br>Le Collectif Justice et V\u00e9rit\u00e9 Pour Babacar Gueye<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">RENDEZ-VOUS LE 6 D\u00c9CEMBRE 2025 POUR LA 10EME MARCHE COMM\u00c9MORATIVE POUR BABACAR GUEYE !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous partageons ici le dernier communiqu\u00e9 du Collectif Justice et V\u00e9rit\u00e9 pour Babacar Gueye.
