Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019Humanit\u00e9 ou de l\u2019Institut La Bo\u00e9tie de M\u00e9lenchon, on montre qu\u2019il serait possible, voire m\u00eame souhaitable, de nationaliser ArcelorMittal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces mots d\u2019ordre posent une question politique essentielle. \u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, on peut croire qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019id\u00e9es l\u00e9gitimes pour sauver les emplois, pour rappeler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat bourgeois sa \u00ab\u00a0responsabilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb dans des entreprises et secteurs qu\u2019il a souvent privatis\u00e9s ou bien o\u00f9 il reste investisseur. Mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, si nous reprenons <a href=\"http:\/\/causedupeuple.net\/wp68\/2025\/06\/18\/reindustrialisation-comment-limperialisme-francais-se-prepare-a-la-guerre\/\u2197\">ce que nous avons expliqu\u00e9<\/a>, toute cette position s\u2019\u00e9vanouit et r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019elle est le pendant social-chauvin \u00e0 la politique affirm\u00e9e de r\u00e9industrialisation de la bourgeoisie fran\u00e7aise et des monopoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, si les investissements actuels de l\u2019\u00c9tat et des grands monopoles imp\u00e9rialistes visent \u00e0 transformer leur base \u00e9conomique interne pour la guerre, alors quiconque soutient qu\u2019il est possible d\u2019accompagner ce mouvement par un programme \u00ab&nbsp;de gauche&nbsp;\u00bb se d\u00e9voile en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 comme un soutien de l\u2019effort de guerre imp\u00e9rialiste. L\u2019acier d\u2019ArcelorMittal ne sera pas plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 la classe ouvri\u00e8re si, sous pavillon de l\u2019\u00c9tat, il sert \u00e0 fabriquer des canons CAESAR pour la guerre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00c9tat bourgeois dans cette politique est, comme nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 expliqu\u00e9, d\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019instrument des monopoles pour se tailler des accords avantageux en termes de subventions, exon\u00e9rations d\u2019imp\u00f4ts ou encore reprises d\u2019usines. S\u2019il y a des nationalisations, car elles ne sont pas \u00e0 exclure, \u00e7a ne sera pas suite \u00e0 la pression ouvri\u00e8re ou populaire, mais bien car il y a un besoin \u00e9conomique ou politique strat\u00e9gique que l\u2019\u00c9tat bourgeois viendra combler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le capitalisme monopoliste peut aussi appartenir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat, et dans un vieux pays imp\u00e9rialiste comme la France, des pans entiers de l\u2019\u00e9conomie ont chang\u00e9 de main entre \u00c9tat et monopoles priv\u00e9s au fil des d\u00e9cennies sans que la base \u00e9conomique ne change. Le r\u00f4le des instruments de la classe ouvri\u00e8re comme le syndicat est de dissiper ces illusions que la nature des monopoles changera selon s\u2019ils sont publics ou priv\u00e9s&nbsp;: l\u2019\u00c9tat bourgeois ne se privera pas de licencier ou de mal payer, si c\u2019est dans les int\u00e9r\u00eats de la grande bourgeoisie fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au contraire d\u2019accompagner et de soutenir ce mouvement \u00ab&nbsp;par la gauche&nbsp;\u00bb, de planifier l\u2019exploitation avec la bourgeoisie, de se \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9publicaniser&nbsp;\u00bb en venant porter une contradiction molle \u00e0 Macron \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9, le syndicat doit organiser sur le plan de la lutte revendicative l\u2019opposition unanime des masses \u00e0 la guerre, r\u00e9pandue y compris chez les ouvriers qui travaillent dans l\u2019armement.
